SheyWest will accept, for return or exchange, any* item in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage by the customer. *Exclusions apply.
For a full refund or exchange, your item must be returned in store within 15 days of the original purchase.
All items being returned must have the original tag attached and store receipt.
EXCLUSIONS:
All purchases of real greens (i.e. house plants, trees, perennials, annuals, etc.) are considered a Final Sale and return or exchange of those items is NOT permitted.
All purchases of clearance or discounted sale items (as marked) are considered a Final Sale and return or exchange of those items is NOT permitted.
