Join instructor Karsyn with Daily Moves Yoga & Training for an all-levels vinyasa flow! Throughout class, we'll build a strong foundation in each pose while incorporating balance and breath to deepen your connection of mind, body, and soul. Whether you're new to yoga or have years of experience, we welcome you to roll out your mat and move with us.

Refund Policy: Please email ivyroom@sheywest.com if you have a scheduling conflict – tickets are non-refundable 72 hours before the event.

We require a minimum of 4 participants to hold the workshop. If we don’t reach that amount 48 hours prior to the event, we will notify all attendees and refund you.
